Cookie policy

Last updated 30 October 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage Mintyai uses, and how to change your choice. Mintyai is operated by Metamindz Limited (company number 11831397), 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the site to work and are set without asking, as the UK's Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations allow.

NamePurposeHow long

sb-...-auth-tokenKeeps you signed in to your Mintyai account (Supabase authentication)Until you sign out or the session expires
fa_oauth_stateProtects the FreeAgent connection step against forged requests10 minutes, only while connecting FreeAgent

We also use your browser's local and session storage to remember small interface preferences, such as when your transactions were last synced.

If you choose Accept analytics, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages help people and where they get stuck. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. We do not send your name, email address, receipts, transaction details or account identifiers to Google, and advertising features are switched off.

We also use Sentry to record a sample of sessions, and any session where an error happens, so we can see and fix problems. Recordings hide all text you see or type and block all images and media. They use your browser's session storage rather than cookies, and are stored in the EU.

If you reject analytics, or never choose, none of these load.

Changing your choice

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to change your choice at any time. If you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics cookies we can reach and stop loading analytics.
